Experienced Façade Engineering Specialists
More than just a Façade, our appreciation for building envelope extends beyond the architectural vision, delicately balancing the intent against performance and achieving harmony between the various disciplines. NINE by Mirvac (Willoughby Estate
Status: In Construction
Value: Approx. $249 million
Nine By Mirvac is a 10-Building residential with a complex mixture of architectural facade expressions. We provided design, thermal and structural engineering, weatherproofing advice and full certification services to the façade contractor under the NSW Class 2 Design Practitioner licensing scheme.
The façade features large format picture windows and masonry style cladding surrounds.
280 Railway Parade, Carlton NSW
Status: In Construction
Value: Approx. $40 million
Developed by Willow Frank, 280 Railway Parade is a 7 storey mixed use development consisting of commercial, residential and retail spaces. The façade is predominately curtain wall with an architectural shroud framing the residential spaces. We provided design, thermal and structural engineering, weatherproofing advice and full certification services to the façade contractor, under the NSW Class 2 Design Practitioner licensing scheme.
Knox Private Hospital, VIC
Status: In Construction
Value: Approx. $180 million
The Knox Private Hospital Expansion allows for the addition of 2 new wards, upgrades to existing Intensive Care, Coronary Care and Cardiology units as well as new, premium consulting suites.
Currently in construction, our role as certifying engineers involves carrying out detailed engineering analyses on behalf of the façade contractor, providing guidance and advice as Registered Professional Engineers and provision of a Certificate of Compliance.

Mark Pickering
As a Chartered Engineer with a background in both structural engineering and façade engineering, Mark has a passion for technically complex and challenging facades. His love of facades and travel has seen Mark successfully deliver projects throughout Australia, the UK and the USA.
Kristjan Madissoo
With international experience across a multitude of projects, Kristjan is passionate about whole of life façade design with particular interest in conceptual design and sustainability. He enjoys adapting to improving industry trends and exploring a diversified approach at the fringe.
